METROLOGY SERVICES
Our vast metrology experience provides us with a skill set that enables us to support you throughout all your inspection needs. The items below give you an insight into the services we provide our customers. Each item is offered as an on-site or remote service.
CMM
We provide the option to have one of our team members come to you and act as a CMM operator. Alternatively, we can work off-site at our facility to carry out CMM inspection of your parts.
PORTABLE CMM
Our portable metrology tools enable us to support when CMM or scanning isn’t an option. Whether you require inspection to a 2D drawing or against a CAD model, we will provide you with all the detailed information you require.
SCANNING
In certain cases, noncontact inspection is the only option. With our scanning equipment, we can provide full inspection services to meet these needs. This could be the creation of an STL file, to a detailed inspection that compares CAD to the physical part.
CAD
In conjuction with our scanning service, we can transform your STL file into a solid model. Alternatively, we can work straight from your 2D drawings to produce a CAD model. In either case, we will ensure that models meet the supplier specifications before they get released to production.
